Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
We at Amol Minechem Limited are committed to provide safe working place and clean environment to our employees and other stakeholders as an integral part of our business philosophy and value system. We will continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety (QEHS) performance in our activities, products and services through implementation of a QEMS management framework.
We shall achieve this by:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable QEHS legal requirements.
- Eliminating, minimizing, and/or controlling adverse quality risks, environmental impacts, and occupational health and safety risks through the use of appropriate technology and QEHS management practices at all levels and functions.
- Reducing wastage, conserving energy, and protecting natural resources.
- Investigating all workplace accidents and environmental incidents in order to correct unsafe practices or conditions and reduce the impact on the environment.
- Enhancing awareness, skills, and competence of employees, contractors, and suppliers through effective communication and training to enable involvement and responsibility for QEHS compliance and improvement.
- Continually improving QEMS performance by setting objectives and targets to prevent or reduce pollution and achieve defined product quality in the workplace.
- Achieving total customer satisfaction by providing products of consistent quality, services, and technical support that meet specific customer requirements where demanded.
